How it works

1. You set your availability: one evening a week, your afternoons or a single day.
2. You share your link in your signature, a message, or on its own.
3. Your guest picks a slot and confirms with their email. A calendar file (.ics) goes to both inboxes right away.

Nothing to install: it all runs from the MedLiam inbox you already use.

No account for your guest

Your guest installs no app and creates no password. They only leave their email to get the confirmation.

They only see your open slots, never the rest of your calendar.

Time zones and double bookings

Each of you sees the time where you are. The .ics file sent to both of you carries the right offset, so both calendars show the same moment.

A booked slot disappears from your link right away. What's shown is actually free, in real time.

A free alternative to Calendly

Dedicated tools work well, but they add a subscription, an app and one more place for your contacts to live. Here, confirmations and replies arrive in your email, at no extra cost.
