You write tonight, pick a delivery time and close your laptop. MedLiam sends the message at the set time, even if you're offline.
A message you can't deal with right away leaves your inbox. It comes back to the top of the list at the time you set: tomorrow morning, Monday or in two weeks.
It comes back intact, with the same thread and attachments. The email is its own reminder, with no separate note or task to manage.
After sending something important, you ask MedLiam to watch for a reply. If none arrives within the time you choose (three days, a week), the thread comes back up so you can follow up.
Many scheduling tools require permanent access to your account: your password, or a token that opens your whole mailbox on their servers. With MedLiam, scheduling runs inside your own email service, which holds the message and delivers it on time. MedLiam doesn't store your password.
